      Pros

      Dedicated, professional and friendly culture at the development studio I’m at. Corporate culture seems oriented towards keeping developers happy and engaged. Compensation and Benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Doesn’t have stellar brand recognition in America, so there it’s been difficult filling our headcount.

      Pros

      The majority of people are fantastic. You will find that you enjoy working here because of the friendships you quickly form. The pay is on the higher end but there are none of the customary perks so it sort of evens out.

      Cons

      There's no business plan. No mission. The senior leaders are relatively inexperienced. The location is difficult for most to get to because it's not close to mass transit options.
