      Very bad management in Nexon Europe

      Colleagues are nice and office is in a good location

      Cons

      Work environment is really bad. Management has no respect for people and their ideas. There is no work-life balance. Over-time is not paid but required. People do not get promoted for years and salaries are way below the standard of the industry. New ideas and improvements are not welcome - management is stuck on the old-way of doing things. People quit their jobs shortly after they start (some after only few weeks, others after few months) because of the situation in this company. Apply at your own risk...

      many kind people as colleagues. opportunity for gaming industry newbies and rarely terminate employees

      salary policy seems questionable, management is either inexperienced or too stubborn. low opportunity to develop your career. work overload in multiple teams. too many company policies with many restrictions

      Has some incompetent directors who don't know much about the game. Team members don't get a chance to evaluate their seniors, which makes it difficult for them to voice their opinions to executives.
