      Free time when your title doesn't have issues. Good for beginning project managers - get to know the roles of other depts. Can get a good insight on user/player management.

      Cons

      Super busy at title release. Everybody comes to you about something that you don't know. Have to get lucky to get good titles/games. Management filled with people with no ambitions.
