      Pros

      Welfare is very good, people are kind, and much effort is being made to make welfare better internally. There is much to learn about the game industry.

      Cons

      They are not merciful in salary negotiations, and the salary is not very high. Working overtime varies from team to team, but it could be.

      Left after over a year with no Lead Gameplay Engineer on my team

      Pros

      Spend a lot of time trying to look like they are fun and have perks. Good people as your peers.

      Cons

      Senior engineers bailed from my team left and right. The technical lead didn't know the codebase which would be fine, but there was never an lead engineer. The position has been open for over 2 years as of writing this. I do not understand how you can be making a game without a lead gameplay engineer for over 2 years. What more could I possibly say?

      daycare in the company and I can come down to see my kids during lunch time and go home together.

      Cons

      pay is less than other company, but benefit is pretty good.
