      Pros

      - I enjoyed working with many of my colleagues. There was a lot of camaraderie and I made new friends that I would be happy to work with again someday. - I was able to work with interesting technologies and quickly contribute to ongoing projects in a meaningful way. - I believe the office has a well-defined mission and I'm optimistic about its financial success in the long term.

      Cons

      I felt there was intense micromanagement, poor or nonexistent planning, unrealistic deadlines, a lack of transparency and communication, constantly shifting priorities, excessive technical debt, occasional mandatory overtime, low diversity, resistance to process improvement, pervasive internal politics, and multiple ineffective re-orgs.

      Pros

      Many professionals to work with and to learn from Fast pace and down to earth environment Pioneer spirit among management and co workers

      Cons

      Incentive centered too much on the management and tend to be lesser to local employees where the per capita income is lower even though it is lesser than local competitors
