      Pros

      -Gett lunch tickets all months - Sleep at desk -sometimes play games -people are friends with me- nice peple

      Cons

      - People sleep at the desk when I need to talk them -No one knows what others do. -No HR Manager for first years, so there are many problems. -No parking. -expecting me to staying late -sometimes no work sometimes much work, always I need to stay long time -when people make small mistake, everyone send mail to CEO to looking good

      The company is getting lots of money. Financially stable.

      Cons

      Even it has a lot of money, you can not expect any incentive. The company has a history of firing many employees even it had grown up more than 30 percentage comparing to the previous year.
