      Get very little support from management.

      Pros

      Back office support on the day to day activity is good. The staff is supportive and responsive and goes out of their way to assist.

      Cons

      Management support lacking. Dealing with management is more than frustrating. They often turn their backs on the reps and don't want to listen.

      Learned ALOT, gave me an greater understanding of things to come in my future.

      Cons

      I had a very demanding supervisor which is fine with me normally but the language barrier (yes, I know...) became very difficult for me to gap.

      Pros

      This company provided both seasonal activities (Thanksgiving Meal, Christmas Party), charitable activities (Toy Drive, Pet Donations, etc.), and "just for fun" activities (Bake Off, Nerd Day, Chili Bake Off, etc.) in an attempt to draw its workers closer. Awards are given in an attempt to recognize above average work. I truly believe good intentions are there.

      Cons

      Management refuses to recognize when the is a true problem between workers and leaders. This is especially true concerning intervention involving HR. The salary rate is lower than other companies but is made up for to some extent by some of the benefit offerings. At one time I would have highly recommended this co. for employment but not at this time.
