Pros

I had the opportunity to make as much money as possible and the sky was the limit. I met with wonderful clients and helped them better their finances each day.

Cons

Even though customers can be difficult, I surpassed any problems by being able to help EVERY client. I never turned anyone away except for those with ridiculously low credit scores.

Good payout, and a wide offering of investment products.

Cons

Error and Omissions was way to costly. $2400 a year just in case you mess up a trade. That was my biggest complaint!
