Good people, if you like to learn new things everyday then this is the place for you

Cons

Disorganized methods/work environment, so much work that in my opinion the annual salary should be increased , so many rules and changes that it is very difficult to keep up and you can become very overwhelmed

...Then the Board and leadership became like the pigs in an Orwellian Animal Farm novel. They still like to talk about their so-called "culture" I was affiliated here well over 10 years. I guarantee that after 10 + years of dedicated service, clean compliance history, being an original rep-owned stockholder, that Barry Knight and not one single member of the Board and Leadership ever knew my name and could not pick me out of a crowd. I wasn't in "the club". Back-office was good to work with but always short-staffed and underpaid.
