I had a very demanding supervisor which is fine with me normally but the language barrier (yes, I know...) became very difficult for me to gap.

Good growing company. Lots of growth potential since the company is small and relatively young. Company does want employees to make themselves more marketable.

Cons

Salary is not compettitve and there is a good ole boy network in place.
