Pros

Company growing so fast that if do your work right you will be growing very fast with them! It's a great place for you to shine.

Cons

Even if you have a Director title you still have to do shift and alone. As a director you are not actually being a manager during your shift you are doing the exact same thing as concierge

Pros

Flexible hours for my particular position (I was an events coordinator at a 55+ housing complex) and I was able to make my own schedule for the week and work on-site at the clubhouse of the complex. Not bombarded by responsibilities at all - never felt overwhelmed.

Cons

Pay was good, but I was looking for full-time work instead of part-time, so that put a damper on the pay.

There really aren't any pros unless you are a director who works on their own schedule because no one is following up to see if they are going to their locations each week.

Cons

Over worked and underpaid - Have no respect for employees. They only care about getting the contract; once they get it they don't care that they have more turnover then a revolving door.
