Pros

Outside of the residents. None!!!!

Cons

Where do I start? From the start red flags went up. I should have never taken this job....Never!!! There is a bias here in the metro-Atlanta area. You are hand picked by upper management to either pass or fail. There are people who have no clue as to what they are doing, but because they have been picked, its okay. Raises? Don't waste your breath. Advancements? again, only if you are picked. This company is horrible. They under-bid the competition to get contracts, then manipulate you into a part-time situation. I bet a class-action law suit could be brought up against what's going on here!!!

2 steps away from being fired

Pros

If you love hospitality and service you will love this job! It really is fun to meet new people, help them when they are in need, and develop relationships with clients, and coworkers. They started me at $10/hour and I ended up getting a dollar promotion. I genuinely enjoy what I do and the perks are great. Tips, dinners, gifts!!

Cons

MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!! They are so unorganized and you live like 2 steps away from getting fired at any given moment due to directors' inconsistencies, lack of communication and bs-ing. They do whatever they can to keep contracts and don't care about policies or procedures. It's really hard to do your job when the leaders don't know how to manage people. Everyone acts like crabs in a bucket trying to be at the top and they suck at their jobs. I have to constantly cover for people and their mistakes!
