Pros
No much pros to talk about went the magic an the sense of belonging is gone.
Cons
1- Don't have a real team of contract negotiator. 2- To many title bosses. 3- Company pulling billions in profit but used the economy excused to squeeze the bottom of the chain. 3- Been a trucking company They don't really care about the Drivers. 4- If anybody wants to make $10 an hour they could go flick burger for a living. 5- When calling for a meeting nothing but bad news.
