Pros

The majority of the legacy employees are top notch talented individuals Interesting high-profile projects Brand recognition

Cons

Majority of interesting work gets outsourced Don't expect to get any tickets to games, although you do get a Super Bowl ticket as a paperweight Cronyism gone wild with incoming MySpace employees Little to no advancement opportunity for anyone outside of the Product team

Pros

Surrounded by other cool people. Can finish a lot of work.. Sometimes we got a free burger.

Cons

No culture, work 80+ hours a week. Some management seem to know what they are doing with work, but don't know a thing about how to run teams, keep morale high, tell the truth, show integrity. Many people that started out with these projects have moved on. Work way too much, no real frills at all, and the expectations are rediculous. It is an unhappy environment. Wish it wasn't, but the burn out rate is unbelieveable.

Do NOT take the job

Pros

Getting the Super Bowl / NFL on your resume will help you leave quickly

Cons

You are dispensable. The NFL hates it's employees. They will cut you the first chance they get & they do not care about your wellbeing at all. This job is designed to burn you out in less than 5 years so they can bring in the next sucker for them to bleed dry. DO NOT take this job.
