Pros

Great place to start your career and there are some wonderful people that work here

Cons

No growth for young employees and HR makes it clear that they do not care about their employees.

Upheaval at NFL

Pros

The camaraderie was the best attribute of working for the NFL.

Cons

The senior leadership was very strong prior to 2018 - allowing for organizational transparency and providing support and successful goal-oriented paths for employees and the organization. That is no longer the case. Changes in senior leadership since have resulted in a very high turn-over. Random organizational decision making from new senior leadership has been trickling down and affecting staff and departments. Promotions are also very difficult to achieve at the discouragement of most employees.
