      Pros

      It was one of my best employers to date. Employees are driven and encourage a healthy level of competition among one another. I looked forward to going to the office each day (which is rare) to see my colleagues and boss. Organized department structure, but limited room to advance (speaking for my former department only).

      Cons

      Slightly low compensation considering the cost of living in New York but it was offset by a great opportunity.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. there’s a lot of transparency from the top down as to the direction and goals the company strives to make. Management has a lot of respect for people who work on the ground floor and for the people working on their productions.

      Hard to move up and get promotions. Requires a lot of your time

      Reasonable shift length for television production (8 hours) Decent amenities in-office Decent pay Two excellent company parties for Christmas and the Commissioner's Awards Nice to be around ALL THAT FOOTBALL BABY Pension

      Corporate feel Many, many, many employees hired as seasonal or part-time employees so the league doesn't have to pay benefits Lots of jockeying and power plays by people who take themselves too seriously Employees are expendable Company does not care about your personal career development No employee match on the 401(k) even if you're full-time
