Pros

Good benefits, great working environment and decent pay. Good place to work I mean, it's the NFL for gods sake.

Cons

Long, long hours. Very long. You will never see your family as long as a game is on TV.

Pros

Excellent benefits and opportunities to work on various projects.

Cons

Somewhat difficult to advance because of personal politics. Certain upper management hold personal grudges. Most do not and are very supportive. Some departments expect employees to be available long hours and on weekends.
