Pros

Fun atmosphere most of the time. Lots of football! TV at your desk. A website that you know is being read. Pay is good. Pension.

Cons

Sometimes hostile atmosphere. Frat-boy mentality. Too many bosses and it leads to mass confusion and miscommunication.
