Pros

Great money, networking, work environment, revealing character. The NFL gets everyone ready for any avenue of business we will attack next.

Cons

Not knowing if you will have a job the following week, month or year can be nerve racking. Bodily injury including head trauma and the possibility of being paralyzed are some of the negatives.

Don't work here if you want to still enjoy football

Pros

The Brand. People are impressed when they hear where you work.

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, can't even get tickets to games and the Super Bowl you get the "Right to Buy" after 3 years only (at face value, not even discounted!). Long hours, can't take vacation unless you work remotely, won't even feel like you are working for the NFL. Definitely don't work here if you have a family to go home to. They will never see you and always be waiting for you for dinner. For a company that makes $9B a year, they surely can pay a fair wage to their employees!
