Pros

Pre covid it was a fun environment to work in because of the younger crowd within the company. The company would constantly give out gifts to their employers and there were a lot of fun events within the nyc office. There was always something fun happening. The office itself is a museum with lots of trophies and cool things to look at.

Cons

Majority of the employees at the company are temporary, meaning they rarely gave out full time permanent positions. They were very selective with who was given a full time permanent position. Because of that, there was a sense that the temporary employees would be secluded from certain things that the permanent employees got to do or have. It was a weird situation, for example, the temporary employees wouldn’t be put on the building email list so we would never know what’s going on within the building, the only reason we knew was because our coworkers told us and invited us.
