Pros

The office is awesome and there are free meals and coffee (for now) It's a major resume booster If you like sports, it's just plain cool to work for the NFL

Cons

The vast majority of the company is employed via "contract" which auto renews on a 6 month basis. Because of this, they do not have to provide benefits. Additionally, there are never any raises, even with 40 year high inflation. You essentially need to work a second job if you want to live in LA.

Lots of football. Work with talented people

Cons

Cheap af, hard to advance in your career, abuse contract and part time workers to avoid paying decently and providing benefits, stuck in the old boys club
