Not a place for woman

Pros

Sounds impressive on the resume, no doubt, but this is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Women are not respected and basically have no chance to succeed. It is truly a male dominated place. I was a freelancer in marketing and had an impressive resume before I worked at the NFL.

Pros

-Fun projects depending on what department you’re in -Great resume builder -Great connections -Fun experiences at NFL events you attend

Cons

-So many blockers who just want to say no out of their own arrogance -Some bad leadership -Very few perks -HR will treat you like a number and don’t actually care about you. I’ve had someone ghost me multiple times despite being an employee here. I’ve also had someone else pretend to hear me out and haven’t heard from her since when she claimed she’d follow up with me (6 months ago) -You can do so much for the department and get zero credit as nothing is ever impressive or good enough -Pay is borderline disgraceful -5 days a week in office and if you have some medical issue, you have to use your sick time off instead of just being able to work from home -There are a couple of leaders here who are walking HR issues and somehow are still employed

Remote days terminated without notice

Pros

It’s cool to say you work at the nfl

Cons

I am extremely disappointed with this company and its continued efforts to foster a toxic work environment. Recently, without any prior notice, the company decided to cut off remote work days that many employees were entitled to. Several employees had worked tirelessly, putting in overtime during the holidays and saving their hard-earned remote hours for the off-season. All of that effort has now been erased without any consideration or empathy for the livelihoods and schedules employees have built around those remote days. This decision completely disregards personal circumstances such as managing school schedules for kids, maintaining long-distance relationships, or working from out of the city. To make matters worse, there is no room for growth within the company, no opportunities for raises or promotions, and the higher-ups are incredibly out of touch with the needs of their employees. Additionally, the pay rate does not match the market, and employees are offered zero benefits. It’s disheartening to see a company treat its employees with such little respect or fairness.
