Great potential marred by poor morale.

Pros

Working for a brand everyone loves enables you to do some really amazing things.

Cons

Poor retention of the right people leaves a plethora of weaker, unhappy employees. Not uncommon to see frowns and a "no first" attitude in the LA office, and a "how much can we sell this for?" spirit guiding ALL decisions.

Pros

The brand gets tremendous respect from competitors and non competitors as they do a great job of being the best in their industry. B/c it's a small company, they hire top talent which means you work with very bright individuals. Small company feel makes the team feel like family and it is a place that you want to be for a while, once you get used to the culture.

Cons

The downside of being a small company, there is not much career growth. They also do not spend on career development, and there are not many programs designed to help learn a new skill that will benefit both employee and the company.
