Pros

-The people there are fantastic to work with. Many are open to connecting and sharing experiences -Lots of football all the time -Learn technical skills of cutting edge technology

Cons

-Really long hours if you are full time. Seasonal and part time employees hours are regulated, but limited to how much they can work. Expected to work holidays and weekends -Very rare to transition from part time or seasonal to full time -Location can be challenging since its right next to Sofi Stadium, caught in lots of traffic in and out at times

Pros

Most of the people at the NFL are cool, fun-loving, and hard-working people. There is a great culture in the LA office and some of the content that comes out is very inspired. There is great leadership in my group, I can't speak for others. Great opportunities and great springboard for your career.

Cons

We are constantly understaffed and under-budgeted for the things we are accomplishing. There is no amount of success you can have that will solve this because this is a media company that is second fiddle to the NFL football event machine.

Pros

You work on an exciting product with a lot of industry experts. The game day perks are great, but you rarely have the chance to enjoy

Cons

Everything is gatekept by people with deep institutional knowledge, and the culture isn't the most open/fun/collaborative so learning what it takes to succeed there is hard
