Pros

Lots of opportunity for creative risk-taking, within the scope of NFL's coverage. Great people and team spirit within the smaller teams at the Media company.

Cons

Heavy bureaucracy, and top heavy management IMHO - too much discussion for very little progress in many areas of operation.

Pros

This company is not going anywhere and the people are top tier.

Cons

The return to work plan was on the aggressive side. Moral is low as a result.
