Pros

If you're lucky, you'll get access to a few games and cool events. Onsite cafeteria has pretty good food for lower prices than you'll find elsewhere in Midtown.

Cons

Low pay across the board. Upper level management is generally clueless. No innovative or proactive thinking. They employ lots of reactive strategies with little to no thought as to how to execute. People at the coordinator and manager levels get blamed for poor results from poor strategies set out by upper management. And unless you're deemed one of the chosen few early on, very little opportunity for advancement.

Pros

The name and brand is well-known. People will be impressed.

Cons

Long working hours, extremely low pay (well below market), no work/life balance (they do not care at all about your personal life and personal time is non-existent). Vacations are not approved and management are arrogant.
