Pros

Access to major events such as Draft and the Superbowl, if you're on a high-enough rung. Great place if you're a sports fan. There are some interesting projects. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Too much politicking. Since deadlines are hard (event dates do not change), the work load can become overbearing. Techs feel "replaceable" by upper management.
