Pros

The office is awesome and there are free meals and coffee (for now) It's a major resume booster If you like sports, it's just plain cool to work for the NFL

Cons

The vast majority of the company is employed via "contract" which auto renews on a 6 month basis. Because of this, they do not have to provide benefits. Additionally, there are never any raises, even with 40 year high inflation. You essentially need to work a second job if you want to live in LA.

Pros

Teams are filled with wonderful passionate talented people. The Senior Creative staff is encouraging and supportive. It makes for a great place to test new ideas do really good work. They're flexible and understanding, despite the corporate overlords. Also the work is hourly and that's really amazing when it comes to overtime. Free meals in the building cafeteria (although i can see it going back to "discounted" at any time)

Cons

It's fulltime freelance - so you're hired/paid through a recruitment agency. Unpaid holidays. Corporate flexibility for remote work is unwavering citing "work culture" as the reason. ZERO benefits through the NFL. As such they don't care about you and it shows. Despite the promise for one during several Department wide meetings we've been gaslit about receiving raises for at least the last full year. I've never gotten one in all my years so far. The current staff has been at half its normal capacity for again almost a full year, and no raises. Record profits and praise by all upper management for the quality of the work. No raises. Inflation at an all time high. No raises. Corporate could care less about you. The only thing they provide is an hourly rate and they've done noting in the way of supporting the creative staff, especially during the pandemic.
