Despite your impression that “high-level executives don’t seem to care that dept managers are full of drama and push good employees out the door,” at NFM, we have an open-door policy, and our managers are trained to accept and provide constructive feedback. We can assure you that our leaders have met the job-specific requirements and are held accountable for their managerial acumen. The NFM Lending Family values the employee experience at every stage, and each department has a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to connect to enhance the employment relationship. It is concerning to hear feedback that “HR is very rigid and impersonal, and they should get friendlier people in there,” as our representatives are trained professionals to engage with every employee in a manner that exudes respect, dignity, and compassion regarding their specific situation.
