      I love working at NFM due to their engagement with employees, and their active role in continuously crafting the best possible work culture.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons since I have begun working with the team. Be prepared to adopt the work incredibly hard, play incredibly philosophy!

      The on-boarding process was seamless and efficient. The people/culture are amazing and the Company as a whole is forward thinking, progressive and innovative! There is an attitude of excellence and encouragement that is refreshing and motivational.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any cons to my NFM experience since starting in February.
