      Great company with easy access to top leadership who listen. Company is always trying to do the right thing by its customers, business partners, and employees. Very focused on giving back to the community through various philanthropic efforts. Committed to employee recognition. Good benefits and salary.

      Minimal performance feedback, lack of organization; weak onboarding; accrued vacation structure with no sick leave. Inefficient meetings; waiting period for 401k participation.

      Benefits are decent for this market. There are some great people that are part of the company.

      Cons

      Be very careful if you plan to work for this company. They can create issues to ultimately “let you go” on terms other than a “layoff”. They’re trying to avoid being publicly embarrassed by layoffs so they quiet fire, often. HR is not on your side and if you do speak to them, plan on retaliation from higher management. Turnover is out of control so it’s hard to keep up with who is doing what. Management has favorites and if you question them plan on being retaliated against. They offer a great salary with bonus then remove the bonus to save money which seems to be a hiring tactic. The communication is horrible and it’s extremely difficult to get a correct answer for anything. Upper management will burn anyone to get what they want and there is no loyalty whatsoever.

We have an excellent Human Resources department with team members that are above reproach and have the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues with balance. Your recent separation may have colored your actual experience since you served in a key role for more than one year. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
