Pros

A great place to work. Underwriting and sales work well together not against each other. Respect and communication are great.

Cons

Growing pain since they were used to more refinanced transactions than purchases. Being a nationwide company makes it great but different states get different programs.

Pros

In 27 years of Mortgage experience This has been one of the best companies I have worked for. They are strong in Unity, Welcome Best Practice Ideas, and have very open communication No matter what level of Title Statue one might hold. Operations Dept Rocks, as does UW and Closing! I love all of the employees and trouble shooting is as simple as an email with a quick response.

Cons

Would be great to have 401K have an Employer Match, and medical insurance to be more affordable.

This company is very team oriented. Everyone is here to help. I am never left feeling unheard or ignored when I have questions. Definitely a team environment with a strong team culture.

Cons

I would love to see the company incorporate a way for processors to share information to help one another. Maybe a group forum..
