NFM is team oriented. You are never alone in the process, and always have someone to turn to no matter how small or large an issue or question may be.

Cons

No cons, not even time difference from corporate office to branches would be a problem because the team makes themselves available to assist and prevent issues when they are off duty.

Pros

Employees are the best, this is truly a team environment. Management and the Executive Team are always available! I also love that we volunteer almost monthly and the amount of employees that participate is very impressive!

Cons

The Industry, it goes up and down.

• Family atmosphere • They get the company involved in charity events • A portion of every loan closed in Maryland goes to the Ronald McDonald House • The President, Jan Ozga, knows every employee by name and takes the time to talk to everyone • Casual dress code • Flexible Hours • Snow cones during the summer! • Managers and Directors take the time to train you and help you learn new things • The company is very open to new ideas • Open Door Policy with the executive team • Fast and efficient IT support

• Some departments need more employees
