      Pros

      NFM is a wonderful place to work. I feel appreciated and supported as an employee and respected and valued for who I am and what I bring to the team. I've been in this business for 10 years and have never been surrounded by such a group of motivated, hard-working, kind and caring people.

      Post-closing issues fall on processors

      Pros

      Professional and friendly atmosphere and the manager was great.

      Cons

      Due to lack of business I was laid off in less than a year.

      Pros

      In 27 years of Mortgage experience This has been one of the best companies I have worked for. They are strong in Unity, Welcome Best Practice Ideas, and have very open communication No matter what level of Title Statue one might hold. Operations Dept Rocks, as does UW and Closing! I love all of the employees and trouble shooting is as simple as an email with a quick response.

      Cons

      Would be great to have 401K have an Employer Match, and medical insurance to be more affordable.
