      Pros

      Real work life balance. Easy access to management. Good training on the job. Very friendly company culture. Excellent management.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the best. Pressure to make the numbers each week - understand what you are signing up for.

      Cross training

      Pros

      This company is wonderful. The President says hello to everyone ever single morning. It is a huge family. I have only been here a few months and have had my lunch bought for me more times than I can count. Plus fresh fruit is delivered every week!

      Cons

      When I started here, I was told that I was going to be cross trained. I had to speak with upper management before that actually happened. Some of the managers talk down to employees that are not in their department.

      Great People, Good Company, Lackluster Branch Training

      Pros

      The people are wonderful, the environment is friendly but professional, and there's plenty of support when you need it.

      Cons

      Depending on your position, training may be a bit lacking. I was in one of the branches, however, so it may be different in corporate.
