      Pros

      The greatest strengths of this company are it's culture, its commitment to excellence, and its leadership. The branch managers have lots of autonomy with regard to how the branches are run, which really benefits everyone. The LOS is Encompass, and they have their own in-house administrators to make it run smoothly. The company is also heavily entrenched in the CORE, which I love, but research it first as it may not be for everyone. Management is exceptional here and you instantly will be made to feel like you are a valued employee. Keeping employees happy is clearly an important directive from the top down.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly which has its own set of challenges, but this is not lost on management. I have been at companies before and enjoyed them when they were smaller but liked them less and less as they became larger (and more corporate). Let's hope NFM is able to maintain their non-corporate culture.

      I have only been with the company less than a month but the overall support I have received as a new employee has been fantastic.

      Pros

      A great place to work. Underwriting and sales work well together not against each other. Respect and communication are great.

      Cons

      Growing pain since they were used to more refinanced transactions than purchases. Being a nationwide company makes it great but different states get different programs.
