Common sense mortgage company who cares for their employees and clients

Pros

Great system in place from app to close. Friendly people. Because of the size of the company you really get good personal attention from almost all departments.

Cons

Growing pains. On boarding training is not top notch so I learned by trial and error and benefits are not so great and there's no matching on the 401k which is unheard of to me for a top company to work for or a top lender. CRM seems a little out dated
