Pros

Products, Flexible Underwriting, Technology, IT Support, Marketing, Pay and Benefits. The work flow of loans in process.

Cons

Not many cons. Maybe add a support desk that MLO's can call when they are in the field and need questions answered in real time. However currently email reponses are fairly quick.

Thank you for your feedback. I will speak with our IT department to see how we can work on having someone available for phone calls in addition to emails. We do work hard to ensure that we have quick turn times to IT issues/questions and I am glad to hear that the responses have been fairly quick for you.

should consider 401K Company matching benefit. Other than that, great.

Pros

Benefits, PTO & other perks are all great, even for those just starting out. Everyone is very friendly and has a very positive attitude. The executives are awesome. There's a very strong sense of teamwork among everyone.

None that I have seen!
