Constantly looking for better and more efficient ways to assist their loan officers in providing great loan products to the public

Cons

I would like a more positive approach to what loan officers face every day and an appreciation of what we bring to the table

Pros

The family atmosphere . All of the upper mgt is very approachable and easy to talk to . NFM also gives little perks to their employees such as free fresh fruit every day . They also provide unlimited coffee. It is also common that upper mgt will host a happy hour or comapny baseball game or dinner to keep moral up and promote teamwork.

Cons

The only cons i can see which the company does not have control over is when the rates go up such as now which will cause less inbound sales calls .

Pros

Working for NFM, Inc has given me the training, experience, and knowledge to have and maintain a successful career. There is no cap on what you can earn and accomplish and NFM has always been on the forefront of the ever changing mortgage market.

Cons

The only Con I have with NFM is that they don't have a 401k match for their employees.
