I love coming to work and feel at home. Good Salary and Benefits. The Flexibility of making your own work schedule is an added bonus with the capability of working from home if need be. Fresh Fruit provided weekly. National Fidelity Mortgage not only gives the employees recognition but also gives back to the community. upper Management actively involved in moving company forward and very supportive. No walls between departments, everyone is eager to assist. The staff has a remarkable amount of experience and very knowledgeable.

Cons

Anytime you work in the industry of Mortgage Finance the rates always play a part.
