The staff is extremely talented and knowledgeable.

At times the needs of the firms could be overwhelming for the limited staff.

Pros

Management is flexible on hours worked and if they are in the office or not. People that work up there are nice. Take the 7/24 as many times as you want but not many others.

Cons

Lots of overtime required Management knows there's a people issue but hire temps instead of full time employees.

Organization, workload, structure, resources. Management could do a much better job aligning people's strength's with job responsibilities.
