Pros

Office right off highway, building is alright.

Cons

Do as I say, not as I do leadership. Rude and obnoxious higher salaried workers. Mean girl environment. Seclusion if you don't fit in. No coaching or feedback.

Very, very disorganized. Very little continuity between departments and a very scattered training program as best.

Freedom to show your strengths in the work. Good hours. Management that cares in marketing department. Excellent people to work with.

Cons

Some senior management do not get along. Pays a little below industry average. Company is constantly changing which presents unique challenges in marketing.
