      Strong executive team. Decent pay and generally nice working environment.

      Lack of diversity and career progression is somewhat limited. HR seems to be preocupied with image and not substance.

      Pros

      Commentary of rapid change is dead on true, and very much needed as the organization works to become more recognizable in the marketplace. This creates opportunity for those that are not averse to change and the chaos it creates. I have had the opportunity to expand my skillset into areas I had never considered because of this change. Has it been stressful at times? Yes. Has it been worth it? Yes!

      Cons

      Although there are plenty of training opportunities, there is a lack of clear paths to career progression. Job titles are willy nilly and inflated because pay is not up to snuff.
