My coworkers are smart and care about making the world better for everyone. Management is truly principled. Benefits are better than most.

Cons

Lots of change, but that happens when companies grow. But the company was been steady and successful during the pandemic, and I didn't have to worry about losing my job and still got to do meaningful work.
