      Clean for a plant.. kinda safe. Friendly if you are a white male.

      Cons

      Hands off management. No responsibility. No positive feed back. No benefit to working hard. Blind uper management.

      Not a bad place to work to get your foot in the door for manufacturing/production. . Benefits are sufficient

      PTO accrual is outdated, and so are employee incentives

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at nibco is the pay and benefits you get full benefits after 30 days If you get hired full time and after 90 days you get 401K and pension Nibco is family based and you get PTO on day 1 . HR is super understanding of any situation you might have and will help you in any way possible

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at Nibco are the 12 hour shifts that you work and you have to be there for 18 months to bid for another department in the plant or cell is what they call them
