Great people, great partners, good benefits, challenging work, excellent tools.

Cons

Starting pay isn't as good as it should be, rotational and on-call shifts, binding legal agreements.

Challenging Growth Pay is average/slightly below for lower levels No performance incentive bonus for vast majority of employees
