Insurance for your entire family is paid for by the company.

Cons

It’s a boy’s club. Not organized. No opportunity for progression. 401k matched quarterly only. Bonuses are subpar, your base is basically it.

NIC Alabama has great team members willing and happy to innovate together. The benefits are wonderful and the compensation is competitive for the Montgomery market. Leadership does a great job of listening to the team for feedback and guidance.

You likely will have to relocate for career advancement.
