Pros
Amazing Culture Great Benefits Great Pay Ive never felt more cared for and understood by a company. They are super understanding of any situation, Super open to discussion and input and super flexible with anything you're doing or needing.
Cons
Not terrible con but its work from home. They have a shared office space for meetings and such but not a building with your own desk and setup. Work from home has its perks but has its downsides as well
