      Pros

      PTO and benefits are amazing. Managers are understanding and helpful. Workplace culture is great. Great place to learn and grow, very supportive.

      Cons

      Working with State Agencies can be difficult at times. Somewhat slow to moving to newer technologies.

      Pure intentions but often lacking character and foresight

      - Good "work/life" balance. Your personal life will be respected. - Decent benefits - Work from home day - Doing work you know will affect many people - Yearly tech conferences

      Cons

      - Non-innovative culture - Software teams are constantly swimming in maintenance nightmares - Slow moving - Breeds complacency and mediocrity, from my experience - Stagnation leads to quite a few disgruntled employees
