Our products are well respected, highly valued and competitively differentiated. Compensation will be fair, or even - dare I say - generous. I'm highly motivated and incentivized.
Cons
NICE Actimize isn't for every sales professional. This is truly a role where you must be a self-starter and ready to dive into the deep end quickly. While there are relatively good marketing materials available for self-study, there's not a lot of hand-holding. Our company is ready for the shift to SaaS/Cloud and using machine learning/AI, but we're not telling that story clearly so the perception is still that we're only good for big banks (which isn't the case). Our company has also improved the time-to-value (i.e. deployment time) of our solutions, but this is another area where overcoming past perceptions can be challenging.
